G3 Recovery Management Solutions manages the reselling and auctioning of vehicles direct from fleet companies, finance houses and dealerships via an electronic ecommerce solution.
The Challenge
To create a web based digital platform to enable the management of assets on behalf of finance and leasing companies within the automotive industry. A process that involved the correlation, distribution, transportation, sale and collection of excess mileage and vehicle damage debt. This needed key information to be securely passed between logistics suppliers, finance and auction houses as well as solicitors and lawyers in a seamless and intuitive manner.
Results
A fully integrated solution that has improved efficiencies in a number of ways. It has reduced telephone calls from collection departments by 87%, reduced email traffic by 80% and reduced the delay between instruction and collection by 36%. The largest efficiency gain has been in overhead cost reduction which has allowed G3 to right-size their back office headcount by more than 75%.
